Analyze makes real-time dashboards easy for your process and outcomes data. Analyze topics can be setup for any Audit by software Administrators and viewed by all users.

Curious how to use Analyze? Here are a few examples of Dashboard usage:

The Analyze homepage lists all active topics, listed by audit name. This searchable list features stars that pin your favorite topics to the top of the list.

Analyze's Dashboards provide real-time views of your process data. Use the calendar to review your time period of interest. Exports are available for dashboards in PDF or excel-friendly formats (CSV) and for individual charts in PNG or CSV. Users can subscribe to emailed dashboards on a recurring basis. Use Switch Dashboard View to open other helpful dashboards including unit-based dashboards. Administrators may customize charts for everyone using the gear icon.

Administrators can customize the Dashboards to maximize their usage (add/remove widgets, edit widgets, and rearrange a Dashboard).

Analyze's Explore allows you to carry out analysis and raw-data exports for your collected audit data. More details on the analytics capabilities of Explore can be found here.

Analyze Settings provides administrators with configuration options for each Analyze Topic.

Report Interval allows you to set the interval at which Reports are generated. "Weekly" setting represents a Monday-through-Sunday week format with emailed reports sent automatically on the immediate Monday after the reporting week is completed. "Monthly" setting represents a calendar-based month format with emailed reports sent automatically on the fifth of the next month (or first business day following the fifth of the month) after the reporting month is completed (e.g. a report for November would send on December 5th).

Compliance Goal allows a target to be set for dashboards and reports.

Default Dashboard Timeframe allows you to set a default from available timeframes for the Dashboard pages like "This Month" or "This Year".  If you'd like to set up one-click fiscal year timeframe options, your sites administrator can make the changes in Manage's Institution Settings page.
