Outcomes makes it easy to track results for your improvement projects. Outcomes data entry is limited to software Administrators.
The Outcomes hompage lists all outcomes tracked in Qualaris. Open specific outcomes by selecting them or select Track New Outcome to create a new measure.
Create New Outcome lets you setup a new outcome measure. Outcomes is designed to support any type of numerical value including counts of events (e.g. monthly infections), rates (e.g. falls per 1000 pt days), or score (e.g. satisfaction survey scores).
Adding outcome data is done through a digital table that's editable by software Administrators. We also support uploading CSV data, see the details here.
