Existing outcomes data from your institution can be uploaded to any Outcome in the Qualaris system.

To upload the data, select Outcomes, select your Outcome, then scroll to the Upload new data section and select Upload Outcomes File.

The format of the uploaded file should match the format of the outcomes table shown in the Qualaris app. For example, the following excel format is supported:

Warning! Any uploaded data will replace existing outcomes data in the respective Unit and Date cell. This overwrite operation cannot be undone!
