If a team member has forgotten their password and cannot login, you have three options to help:
1) Tell them to use the Forgot Password link on the login screen, as shown below. They will enter their email address into the form and a link will be sent to reset their password.
2) If you have an administrative account in Qualaris, go into the Manage Menu, to the User Accounts tab. Find the person's account in the Edit User Accounts section at the bottom and click on the Password Reset button to the right of their name, as shown below. An email with a link will be sent to them to reset their password.
3) If you need additional help, email [email protected] and we will troubleshoot and reset the password for you.
Note 1: If your team member does not receive the password reset email from Qualaris within a few minutes, ask them to check their junk mail folder in case their IT/email filters are moving vendor communications there.
Note 2: If the account is a generic login without an associated email. contact [email protected] or use the support chat to coordinate a reset.
