Qualaris offers a set of features, called Qualaris Systems, which support the unique needs that come with multi-facility implementations. Systems features are only available to paid plan customers. Contact us to learn more.

Organize the work of multiple facilities in your health system in Qualaris

Qualaris Entities are the facility-level accounts set up for an organization. Most commonly, this means that a Qualaris Entity represents a single hospital.

With Qualaris Systems, our team can help you plan out and set up Qualaris Entities for each of your facilities and then associate them under the umbrella of your health system.

If your health system already has multiple, pre-existing Qualaris Entities set up for your facilities, we can also help you formally associate them into a Qualaris System.

Give staff streamlined access to facilities across your System in Qualaris

Typically, user accounts are associated with just one Qualaris Entity. This means users can't easily access other Qualaris Entities that matter to them. With Qualaris Systems, admin users can give user accounts streamlined access to multiple Qualaris Entities in your health system. Admin rights can be given to users for individual Qualaris Entities or for multiple or all Qualaris Entities in your health system. Admin rights can also be given at the System level as well for special access to system-level features in user management.

Providing access of an existing user account in your System to another Qualaris Entity

Any admin user logged into an Entity can invite an existing user account using the user's email address in Manage just like inviting a new user. The invited user will receive an email notification letting them know they've been given access to an additional Qualaris Entity. The next time the invited user logs into Qualaris, they'll be able to switch between permissioned Qualaris Entities by clicking on their user profile icon in the top right corner. This process must be repeated for each Qualaris Entity where you'd like to give a user account access.

Removing access of an existing user account in your System to another Qualaris Entity

Any admin user logged into an Entity can remove the user account's permission in Manage just like removing any other user account. The removed user account will no longer have access to the Qualaris Entity from which it's removed. However, the user account will still retain access to other Qualaris Entities where it has permission unless you remove them from those other Qualaris Entities as well.

Viewing all users across your system

Key Qualaris users are typically given admin rights at the System level. These admins will see their System included in their list of switchable institutions found in the user profile icon in the top right corner of the menu bar. From the System, you'll be able to see all user accounts across all of your Entities and see which Entities each user account has permission to access.
