Audit makes measuring your processes easier.

The Audit homepage is used to help you search through audit forms and start new Audits. All Audits are listed and accessible by all users in Qualaris. You can easily search through your audit list by audit name or by Groups (e.g. Infection Prevention, Nursing, etc.). Favorite audits can be starred to pin them to the top of the audit list for quick access. Click "New Project" on the Audit homepage to open Qualaris' New project page for Audit.

The New Project page for Audit provides you access to editable templates to create new audits. We also offer a Blank Template option. Search through templates by audit template name, Clinical Tags (e.g. Infection Prevention, Patient Experience, etc.), or Maintainer. Maintainers indicate the template's source and will typically be Qualaris unless you're participating in a multi-site collaborative (e.g. working with your hospital association). Selecting a template will open the Audit Launcher.

The Audit Launcher guides you through the steps of creating the first draft of your new Audit and initial settings for your Audit. After launching an Audit, you can find it on the Audit homepage and select it to open.

Collecting data is the default action when an audit is opened. After completing a form and submitting, you'll receive a notification confirming successful submission. The top bar of Audit tracks your Recent Submissions in the last 24 hours and is reset with a browser refresh. Open it to view your recent audits and edit or correct mistakes in the last 24 hours. By default, all selected fields on an audit are cleared after submitting. Checking the "Keep" box causes your selection to persist and can be helpful for choice fields, like "unit", or for batch entries.

Data Collection Goals can be assigned to individual Auditors for each Audit from the Collection Goals tab on the Audit. Auditors will see their current collection goals on the front page when they open the app, and are able to see an up to date status of their progress towards the goal, making it obvious and easy what is left to do. Project leaders can also view a list of assignments and quickly see which goals are on track and which are falling behind and send email reminders or other notifications to Auditors with assigned goals. For more information check out the feature details here.

Explore allows you to carry out basic analysis and exports for your collected audit data. More advanced analytics and functionality are available by viewing your data using Analyze or Improve.
