Introduction

The "Enable Public Access" feature in our platform allows specific audit forms to be accessible to individuals without an account, such as visitors or specific patients. This feature is particularly useful for collecting information from a broader audience without requiring them to register or log in. For example, this feature could be used to set up a patient and visitor-facing hand hygiene survey. However, due to its nature, enabling this feature should be handled with caution.

What Does This Feature Do?

When "Enable Public Access" is activated:

  • The selected audit form becomes publicly accessible online.

  • Anyone with the direct link or QR code can submit data to the form.

  • Public users (non-registered) cannot view or access any submitted data or results.

Who Can Enable This Feature?

This feature can only be enabled by Qualaris administrators on a per-audit basis. If you require this feature to be enabled, please contact our support team by sending an email to [email protected]. Please include any necessary details about the audit for which you wish to enable public access.

Safety and Privacy Considerations

Before enabling this feature, consider the following safety and privacy implications:

  • Data Sensitivity: Ensure that no sensitive or private data is collected through publicly accessible forms.

  • Usage Monitoring: Regularly monitor the usage and submissions of the form to prevent abuse or unauthorized data submissions.

Reach out to the Qualaris support with any additional questions or concerns you have related to this feature.
