If your hospital is a participant in a multi-site collaborative, you are able to access your hospital's Collaborative Reports in QualarisAudit.

1. Select the Analyze menu 

2. Choose the Collaboratives sub-menu

3. Choose the desired Collaborative Project 

4. Use the Switch Report menu to see all reports available

Additional Functions:

Report Time Period may need to be changed to the previous month to see the most recent version of your reports; this function can also be used to see all reports Qualaris has created for that Collaborative.

Export Report allows you to print or save the visible report as a PDF file.

Subscribe to Report will tell QualarisAudit to send you an email with links directly to new Reports when they are published each month.
