Yes, Qualaris supports Single Sign-On for select enterprise tiers. Qualaris utilizes the SAML protocol.
To enable Single Sign On the following steps are performed between the IT department of your site and the IT department at Qualaris:
Confirm the SAML protocol is supported
Qualaris provides ACS (Assertion Consumer Service) endpoint to the Customer site IT Member
The ACS endpoint is where the Service Provider will receive SAML assertions issued by the Identity Provider
Customer site IT team member provides SAML service provider metadata to Qualaris
Single Sign On can be used in addition to standard email & password logins to Access the Qualaris application or all users at a configured site can be forced to use Single Sign On to access the Qualaris application.
