If you are an Administrator for your organization, you'll be able to edit the layout of Dashboards.

To edit the layout of your Dashboard, enter edit mode by using the Dashboard's context menu and select "Edit"

You'll know you've entered edit mode when the edit toolbar appears at the bottom of the screen.

Once you're happy with your adjustments, click "Save Dashboard" to save your changes. Everyone who loads this Dashboard will now see the updated version.

Now that you're in layout edit mode, you can:

  • Move Widgets from one column to the other

  • Reorder Widgets by dragging them up or down in their columns

  • Switch Dashboard between single-column or 2-column layouts

Move Widgets from one column to the other

Move Widgets between columns by clicking the left or right arrow buttons that appear when hovering a Widget. The Widget will move to the bottom of the other column.

Lock in your changes by clicking the "Save Dashboard" button in the edit toolbar at the bottom of the page.

Note: Moving widgets to another column is currently not available in mobile mode.

Reorder Widgets by dragging them up or down in their columns

Once in layout edit mode, Widgets can be moved up or down by clicking and dragging on the drag handle at the top of the Widgets.

Lock in your changes by clicking the "Save Dashboard" button in the edit toolbar at the bottom of the page.

Note: Reordering Widgets is currently not available in mobile mode.

Switch Dashboard between single-column or 2-column layouts

Flip the toggle option on the edit toolbar, click Save Dashboard, and your data will be shown in either single column or double column format. Pick the right option for your data!

Note: Since mobile mode collapses the 2 columns into a single column for display purposes, toggling between these modes won't show a visible change, but it will be visible on a larger device such as a desktop computer.
