For checklist questions in the raw data export, abbreviations are used that reference the field types viewable in the audit editor rather than the custom text labels you might put on them like "Yes" or "No".

C = compliant (or "Yes" in most cases)
N = non-compliant (or "No" in most cases)
X = not applicable (or "N/A" in most cases)
